The Village or North Utica will have Trick or Treat on Saturday, October 31st from 5:30pm-7:30pm. We encourage all residents to follow the guidance provided by the Illinois Department of Public Health including maintaining social distance of 6 feet, wearing proper face coverings, and proper hand washing/hand sanitizing.
