This is a message from the Village of North Utica.
Republic Services, formerly Illinois Valley Waste Services, will begin delivering new 95-gallon trash and recycle containers to properties throughout the Village on Monday October 2nd.
Residents will be receiving 1 new trash container and 1 new recycle container for use at their property.
Residents will be able to place the new trash container out at the curb on Monday October 9th for regular scheduled pick up. Additional trash bags will still require a $1 sticker, available at the Village Office. Yard Waste bags also require a $1 sticker.
Monday October 9th is also recycle week so residents will be able to put their new 95-gallon recycle container out as well on that day.
All containers will be distributed by the end of the day on Wednesday October 4th. If, after that date, you have not received your containers, please contact the Village office at 815-667-4111.
The schedule for Trash, Recycle and Yard Waste services will remain the same.
This information will be posted at the Village Office, at the Utica Post Office and on our website at www.utica-il.gov under the ‘announcements’ tab.
Thank you and have a great weekend!
